Floral Lace Reversible Welding Cap | Handmade Women's Welding Hat
Tough enough for the shop. Pretty enough to make them look twice.
This Floral Lace Welding Cap is handmade by me, Cayley, from a fabric I designed myself, so you won't find this print on anybody else's welding cap. The black and cream pattern mixes vintage roses and lace, with a solid black band and a matching printed bill.
It's reversible, so when one side gets sweaty or grimy halfway through the week, flip it and keep going. And with 8 panels instead of 6, there's extra room up top for a bun or ponytail.
Women welders have been stuck with the same plain camo and flames for way too long. This one's for the gals who run a bead as good as anybody in the shop and want a cap that looks like them.
Details
- Handmade, reversible 8-panel welding cap. Most caps are only 6 panels, so this one has a rounder, roomier crown with space for a bun or ponytail, made with women welders in mind
- Original Blue Collar Trash fabric design, black and cream floral lace
- Solid black band and printed short bill
- Cotton fabric that breathes under a hood
- Sewn by hand in our small shop
Size
- Fits a head about 22 1/2" to 23 1/4" around (roughly hat size 7 1/4)
- On a 22 1/2" head it's a little roomy with hair down and just right with hair up in a bun or ponytail
- Fitted cap with a comfortable band. Cotton has a little give, but there's no adjustable strap
How to measure: wrap a soft tape measure around your head where the cap will sit, about a finger's width above your eyebrows and ears.
Need a different size? Since every cap is sewn by hand, I can make one to fit. Send me a custom size request with your head measurement and which fabric you'd like, and I'll get back to you.
Perfect for
- Women welders, fabricators and pipeliners
- Welding students and trade school girls
- A gift for the lady welder who has everything except a cap that's actually cute

Care
Hand wash or gentle cycle in cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry so it keeps its shape.
Because welding caps don't have to be boring.
