3. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are created specifically after an order is placed.

Because these products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

4. Product Images & Colors

We do our best to accurately represent our products.

Some listing images may include digital or lifestyle mockups intended to demonstrate how a finished product may look. Actual print placement, scale, garment appearance, and colors may vary slightly from photographs or mockups.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, garment color, printing process, and production provider.

Minor variations that are normal to the production process are not necessarily considered defects.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us promptly.

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or other information necessary to document the issue with our production partner.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
